I ordered $130.00 worth of shoes in April 2020 and still do not have them!!! I have emailed and called for over a year and no response at all. I would NEVER recommend purchasing shoes from Times Astro!

I'm leaving a review here because it really bothers me that the most recent reviews on here are terrible. You have to recognize that these are dated right before or during the beginning of the pandemic and there isn't a business out there who wasn't impacted by this. I ordered a pair of mid rise slippers and they were on my doorstep not even 5 days later. I think they're beautiful quality and totally comfortable. I did size down from my normal size 9 shoe to 8.5 slipper as recommended. They are definitely snug but in a way thats like a warm hug for your feet. The leather is soft and i have a feeling they'll mold to my feet. I say give them a chance. I do think these are worth the $$. I feel like im cheating by being able to hide slippers in my wardrobe. Its awesome 👌

I ordered months ago. Got an email weeks ago that my order had been shipped. Never received it. Must be crooks!! 😡

WARNING - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I ordered my shoes more than a month ago and it never came and I haven’t heard anything from them.
I had to call my bank to cancel the charge.

They only come in whole sizes and for me, I needed half a size smaller because the elastic on the back was very stretchy and my foot would not hold in the shoes well. Also not made well for narrow feet - very wide shoe.
My main issue was the return. I contacted them and received the info on how to return. They confirmed that they received my return on February 1. A few weeks later I had to reach out and find out about my refund and I was told it just takes some time. By March I was irritated - I’ve never seen a return process take so long and have 0 communication unless I reached out. I received the refund after 6 weeks of them having the item back and after having to inform them I would file a claim with my bank about it. I was told that this was an “exception” and they were moving me ahead of others on their return list. Seemed strange to me. Poor service and quality

I ordered these about a month ago. still haven't arrived. just tried to cancel my order but they told me it was already in transit. if they dont give a timeline soon im going to contact my bank and challenge the charge made to my card. these guys suck.

Great customer care! Really attentive to their their clients needs and improving their product all the time! Love the balance between comfort and street style/fashion.

Great shoes and excellent customer service. Original order didn't fit and they helped me get what I needed. Shoe's have held up incredibly well.

The website has fake customer service. I never heard from anyone. The shoe has fake merino lining making feet stink and what. the cushion of the insole is a joke because it breaks down after 100 miles. the shoe shows severe creasing after less than 26 miles. The shoes are poor quality, weird design, and the kickstarter creator has no right poorly running a business and swindling the unsuspecting public.
